This website, simplicitestudio.com (the "Site"), is operated by Dimitris Dimitriadis, operating as SIMPLICITÉ STUDIO ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
Use of the site
The Site presents our photographic work and allows you to contact us about projects. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could damage the Site or impair anyone else's use of it.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including every photograph, video, image, text, graphic element and the overall design — is the property of Dimitris Dimitriadis / SIMPLICITÉ STUDIO and is protected by Greek, EU and international copyright law.
No part of this Site may be reproduced, downloaded, copied, stored, republished, distributed, transmitted, scraped, used for machine-learning training, or exploited in any other way — in whole or in part, in any medium — without our prior written permission.
Viewing the Site grants no licence or right of any kind over its content. Requests for licensing or any other use of the photographic work should be addressed to info@simplicitestudio.com.
Image licensing
The photographs on this Site are not free to use. No licence is granted by their appearance here, and no use, reproduction or reuse of any kind is permitted without our prior written permission.
This applies without exception to every photograph on the Site, including in particular:
- downloading, copying, saving or screenshotting an image;
- republishing or reposting it, in print or online, including on social media;
- using it commercially, editorially or promotionally, in any medium;
- modifying, cropping, retouching or creating derivative works from it;
- redistributing it, framing it or hotlinking to it from another site;
- using it as training data for machine-learning or AI systems, or text- and data-mining it.
Removing or altering a credit, copyright notice or embedded metadata is likewise not permitted.
To licence an image, write to info@simplicitestudio.com or use the contact form. Tell us which image, where it will appear, for how long and in which territory, and we will respond with terms and a fee. A licence exists only once it is granted by us in writing; it is limited to the use described in it, and it is neither transferable nor exclusive unless expressly stated.
Unauthorised use is an infringement of copyright and of the photographer's moral rights under Greek Law 2121/1993 and applicable EU law, and will be pursued accordingly.
Enquiries & proposals
Submitting an enquiry through the contact form does not by itself create any contractual engagement. Any collaboration, scope of work, fees and usage rights of commissioned photographs are agreed separately in writing for each project.
Third-party links
The Site may contain links to external websites and services (for example Instagram). These are provided for convenience only; we have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, their content or practices.
Liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". While we take care to keep its content accurate and the Site secure, we make no warranties of any kind and accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Privacy
The way we handle personal data — including the contact form, cookies and analytics — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Greek courts.
